Fresh Fish

Every day, when weather permit, the Family Zure are arranging fishing tour to near islands Mljet and Lastovo with their wooden boats 5 meters long Korculanka and 8 meters long Majama. Majama is considered one of the best fishing boats that constructed in this area. They are fishing all sorts of fish, lobsters, crustaceans, octopus, black fishes and squids.

  
 
 

Pig and poultry breeding

They produced their own meet products such as prosciutto, bacon and chicken.

 

Wine production: Grk and Plavac

At the area of town of Lumbarda, there are vineyards even from ancient time. The Family of Zure grows well known domestic sorts of grape wine GRK and PLAVAC MALI. The growing of their vineyards is followed by institute from Zagreb. Yearly, Family is producing 1500 liters of Grka and 1200 liters of Plavc mali. Grk is etquetted by name BARTUL, who was host’s grandfather and Plavac is etquetted by the name ZURE. Their wines had got great number of rewards.

 

 
 

Production of Extra Virgine Olive Oil

The Family of Zure is approaching to production of oil olive with great attention and production are followed by experts. The Olive oil produced by Family of Zure is extra virgin oil olive and it consists only 0.21% of freely bold acid, confirmed by institute at Split.

 

Home made Liquors

Uz vino i ulje obitelj proizvodi rakiju «Travarica», «Anižeta» i «Lozovača» te likere od naranče, šipka, rogača, mediteranskog voća i badema.

 

 
 

Vegetables

The Family Zure are planting and sowing vegetables; potatoes, red and white onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchinis, chards, selenium, parsley, from fruits among figs and vines grape they are planting in their own fields water-melons and cantaloupe.
